Jessica is a passionate change management expert with over a decade of experience creating impactful transformations across industries. Blending her knowledge of psychology, culture, process, and business, she is dedicated to fostering positive, lasting change. Her career spans leading multi-million-dollar projects in Canada and supporting global tech startups—experiences that have enriched her perspective on meaningful transformation.
In 2018, Jessica’s contributions to non-profits were celebrated with the Canadian Red Cross Young Humanitarian Award. Certified in PMP, ADKAR Change Management, and Six Sigma, she brings a robust skill set to every project. Jessica earned her Master’s in International Business from Hult International Business School and a BPhil in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies from the University of New Brunswick.
In 2022, Jessica founded The Change Agency to bring her passion for change management to life, viewing it as a powerful way to unlock potential within organizations. With a deep focus on the human element of transformation, she built The Change Agency to help people embrace and thrive through change—whether it’s implementing new technologies, evolving company culture, or executing strategic growth. Jessica is driven by a commitment to empower individuals to do what they love and excel in their work, believing that true, lasting impact comes from aligning change with the needs and strengths of each person involved. Seyi Omole
MARKETING AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
With nearly a decade of experience as both a brand consultant and entrepreneur across various industries, Seyi leads marketing and brand development at TCA, shaping how the business is perceived by our audience, refining market positioning, and executing go-to-market strategies that resonate.
He holds a diploma in Professional Marketing and a Level 6 membership with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), specializing in marketing innovation and brand management. Seyi earned his Master’s in Marketing and Brand Management (MSc.) from Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham Business School in the UK, and has also trained in Neuromarketing at CETYS Universidad in Mexico. He has worked on brands including National Express, Unilever, and Vodafone, and has pursued further training in account-based marketing, project management, communications, psychology, and transformative brand growth.
Seyi is rooted in collaboration, fueling business growth by integrating data, creativity, strategy, and technology. He has led brand, marketing and digital product development initiatives, partnering closely with C-suite executives and senior leaders to accelerate growth and scale businesses, ensuring success from the outset. Over time, he has developed expertise in various areas of business process management, digital transformation, experience management, web and digital product development, and graphic design to deliver meaningful impact.

With a Master’s in Psychology (MSc.) and foundational training as a cognitive behavioral therapist, Monique transitioned to a dynamic career in Human Resources as a Certified Human Resources Professional. Her experience spans global giants like Coca-Cola and Pepsi, where she spearheaded initiatives in recruitment, labor relations, succession planning, and change management. As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Monique has also guided small and midsize organizations through growth with strategic HR expertise.
Passionate about empowering individuals, Monique became a certified coach (EMCC), helping clients uncover their true purpose and land roles aligned with their strengths. At The Change Agency, she plays a pivotal role in engaging the hearts and minds of people to navigate change effectively. She also leads efforts to attract and retain influential global talent, supporting TCA’s vision to be a leader in change management.

Rylan Wheeler
OPERATIONS AND CLIENT RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Rylan is passionate about fostering long-term sustainable change in communities through collaboration and knowledge transfer initiatives. With extensive experience in the international not-for-profit sector, particularly in East Africa, he has worked on initiatives that improve education access for students, as well as support small business development for families. Fluent in Kiswahili, Rylan has lived in Tanzania on-and-off for many years and is currently developing a not-for-profit structure to scale his impact. Outside of work, he enjoys composing music, aiming to combine his passion for promoting effective change with the transformative power of music.
Rylan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Service Management, gaining experience across sectors including Human Resources, Hospitality, Operations, and Administration. His people-centered approach drives his efforts in creating innovative, collaborative solutions that benefit communities globally – ensuring the effective utilization of expert knowledge.

Jennifer Deware
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT DIRECTOR
Jenn is a seasoned consultant and energizing public speaker with 18 years of experience in process improvement, culture change, and operational excellence. President & founder of Visualiiz, Jen is passionate about helping organizations ‘see’ opportunities for improvement that often go unnoticed. Having spent 12 years working in the public sector, mainly healthcare, Jen has great experience in knowledge industries where the actual processes are hard to see. In 2014 Jen started working in the private sector, training change leaders, coaching senior management and key leaders, and motivating cross-disciplinary teams to improve their productivity.
Prior to 2014, Jen was the Regional Lead of Process Improvement for Horizon Health. She worked in partnership with the Office of Strategy Management of the Government of New Brunswick, supporting the departments of Social Development, Justice & Attorney General, and Health with the implementation of their formal management systems and process improvement programs. Jen holds a Process Mastery Certification from the Hammer & Co program in Boston and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
